Directions from Paris:
On the South side of Loop 286, at the junction of FM 1497, you'll see a green sign that says "Biardstown" with an arrow pointing South. (There's a blinking caution light at this intersection). Turn on to FM 1497, heading South, and go 5.8 miles to the junction of FM 1497 & FM 1184. You'll see another green sign that says "Biardstown" directing you to turn left (you'll still be on FM 1497) and go 2.9 miles into the community of Biardstown. Just after you pass a red brick house on your right, angle to the right onto Lamar Co Rd 13685. You'll pass three houses on your right and then an overgrown area (also on your right). Immediately after you pass a metal barn covered in vines, you'll see our mailbox mounted on a railroad tie beside our driveway.You can't see our house from the road, but turn right just before the mailbox, go down the gravel lane, thru the pipe gate (with a big Texas Star on it) and on down to the house.
Directions from Sulphur Springs or Cooper area:
From the intersection of highways 19 & 24, travel North heading toward Paris, for 5.7 miles. At the junction of FM 1184, turn right on FM 1184 and travel .8 miles to where the road comes to a "T". At the stop sign, turn left, (you'll still be on FM 1184), and travel North for 2.1 miles to the junction of FM 1497. There'll be a green sign that say's "Biardstown" with an arrow pointing to the right.
